What the prices do not tell you
- CompanyCam
- Extra users are $34 a month each on monthly billing and $29 on annual, so a five person crew on Crew is $217 a month billed monthly. Scale is $299 a month billed monthly and $249 billed annually. The toggle advertises Save 20% for annual billing. Payment processing is listed for US companies, with no rate on the page. Core includes one user and allows at most a second, so it cannot hold a crew of more than two.
- Leap
- Every Leap plan is a one year contract paid monthly, so there is no month to month option and no annual price. Team and Premium are printed as Starting at, so $298 and $750 are the least those plans cost. Premium is the SalesPro estimating product rather than a bigger CRM plan. The FAQ says every plan is a one year contract. Process payments is on the Team card, and Essential lists none.

Where the numbers came from
Every figure above was read from CompanyCam and Leap on their own pricing pages on October 19, 2026. Nothing here ranks the two, because the ranking would be ours and you could not check it. These prices change, so check the current number with both before you buy.
