Find the software and what it costs

A picker, a calculator and the pricing table, all working off the same 64 platforms, 46 of which publish a price on their own pricing page, read between September 29, 2026 and October 19, 2026. Everything runs in your browser and nothing asks for an email address.

Which software fits my business

Three questions: your trade, your crew size, and what the software has to do. You get up to four platforms that meet all three, with what each one costs at that crew size and one line on why it is there.

No email, nothing to submit, and the same answers always give the same list.

Open the picker

True cost calculator

The plan price, the extra seats, the add-ons and the card and bank fees, added up for up to three platforms side by side.

Every figure links to the vendor page it came from, and where a vendor publishes no rate, the line says so.

Open the calculator

The pricing table

What every platform starts at, whether there is a free trial, how it is priced, the crew size it suits and the trades it names. Every figure links to the vendor page it came from.

The same prices the picker and the calculator use, sorted and dated.

Open the table

Read from each vendor's own pricing page. Under every price is the day it was read and a link to the page it came from.

Extra seats are the real cost driver: a five-person crew on Essentials is a different number from the headline. Card processing is charged separately. The Sales proposal tool is included in Max, listed as a $40/mo value; other plans can add it through a Success Advisor at a price the vendor does not publish. The 'How many users? Teams / Individual' toggle on the page is unfinished and shows $XX. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. Scheduling and dispatch are on Basic and employee GPS tracking starts on Essentials. The Max card says $35 a month for each user past eight, in the served page and in the browser alike, and the $75 this record used to carry is printed nowhere on the page any more. The Essentials card says 5 users included and prints no price for a sixth, so the $100 this record used to carry for one was dropped. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

Jobber prices by team size band, and added users beyond the included count are $29/mo each. Jobber publishes three billing views: monthly with no commitment, monthly on a 1 year commitment, and prepaid annual shown per month. Core is only sold for a single user, Plus is not offered at one user and starts at five, and every plan says contact sales at sixteen people. Plus is sales led and shows Contact Sales rather than a trial button at every band. Card and bank rates are in the pricing page's feature comparison table, not on the plan cards. On 2026-09-29 the pricing page ran a time limited offer, save up to 40% ending September 30th, putting one user annual plans at $21, $70 and $105 a month for twelve months before $29, $99 and $149. The offer is not recorded as a discount because it expires, and the plan prices after it match this record. Jobber's payments page describes competitive processing fees without printing a rate. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

The only one here that does not charge per seat, which is why a big crew doing few jobs lands cheap and a small crew doing many jobs does not. iPhone and iPad only in the field. Plan prices, job allowances and Premium Plus's 20c a job overage re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 and unchanged. Setup and training is sold by independent ServiceM8 Partners rather than priced by ServiceM8, and no card rate is published on the US pricing page. A route is one schedule, so two techs riding separately is two routes and two subscriptions. Two riding together is one. Annual billing is offered as a yearly total: $539, $1,089 and $1,639. The pricing page says there are no setup fees or contracts and that data migration is free, and names no discount percentage for yearly billing. Text credits come in packs ($50 for 1,000, $100 for 2,500, $200 for 8,000), which the fee list has no unit for. No card rate is published: payments run through Stripe or Square. Plan prices re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 on both toggles and unchanged. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. The pricing FAQ puts scheduling and dispatching on Basic; GPS device tracking starts on Pro. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

The reviews, listings and marketing side is the reason to look at it, not the dispatch board. The plans on the pricing page are Thryv's Marketing Center line, and their free trial signs up to Marketing Center; the Business Center CRM is not priced there. The HIPAA Compliant Add On is $29 a month for Business Center accounts (Thryv help center), so it is not an add-on to these plans. The six-month term and $350 setup fee including GST in Thryv's FAQ are its Australian terms, not the US price. Thryv blocks automated requests, so these figures were read in Chrome on 2026-09-28, with dated screenshots. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

The base plan is deliberately thin. Online booking, the customer portal, proposals, Zapier and a texting number are $10 a month each, so price the add-ons you actually need before comparing. Every employee past the owner is $5 a month on top. Plan prices re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 on both toggles and unchanged. The page's HTML also carries a feature list with the $10 add-ons and per use marketing charges (an SMS blast at a $10 setup fee plus 5 cents a segment, ringless voicemail at $10 plus 20 cents each, drip texts at 10 cents), but that section did not render in Chrome that day, so those charges are not recorded as fees. No card rate is published: payments run through Square. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19. On 2026-10-19 the yearly price read $45.95 a month, $551.40 a year, with the toggle saying save 8%; it had been $39.95 and 20%.

Re-read on 2026-10-12, the pricing page now sells month to month too: Standard $139, Plus $199, Pro $279 and Unlimited $399, with Basic offered on annual billing only. The quarterly option is gone. It also carries a 100 day money back guarantee alongside the 30 day trial. Annual plan prices and yearly totals re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 and unchanged; the page now lives at /plans/. The page advertises 20% off for paying the year. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. The entry price is the highest on this table and the seat count is the lowest thing to worry about. Past roughly six people it stops looking expensive, and below three it never will. There is no free trial, only a demo. Service Fusion was testing its pricing page in September 2026, and some visitors saw lower prices (Starter $225, Plus $350 and Pro $575 a month) or no prices at all. The figures here are the page's standard view. On 2026-09-29 the pricing page in Chrome rendered its plan cards with no prices, while the same page's text still carried the $208, $325 and $533 annual and $245, $382 and $627 monthly figures, so the read date was not moved. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19. On 2026-10-19 the page's own server HTML, before any script runs, carried only the standard figures above, while a cookieless browser was shown the experiment's other arm, Starter $225 ($192 yearly), Plus $350 ($298) and Pro $575 ($489), so the test seen since September is still running.

The pricing page opens on annual billing, so the $60, $119 and $199 it shows first are annual rates. Billed monthly, the same plans are $75, $149 and $249. Processing $1,000 or more a month through Kickserv takes 5% off the plan. Each plan card says "Save 20% with annual subscription" (read by a plain fetch of the public page on 2026-09-29, because the shared browser is not allowed to open kickserv.com). The Kickback 5% off for processing a monthly minimum through Kickserv is a payments rebate rather than a term discount, so it stays here and not in the discount list. No card rate is published. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. Dispatch mapping and GPS check-ins start on Run. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page and the Kickserv home page, which names estimates without saying which plan has them on 2026-10-19.

The page prints one figure a plan and says all of it is based on annual subscription rates, so there is no month to month number here. Every tier is on top of a sign up fee that is not published, and the licences are counted in two kinds: a business user is the office seat and a mobile user is the one in the van. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. The extra user charge is the number to watch: a second and third office seat on Premier adds $300 a month, which is more than most of the entry plans on this table cost outright. Annual billing drops it to $125. Crew users are free, but the page never says how many office seats the plan includes to begin with, so the cost of a given crew cannot be worked out from it. The pricing URL redirects to the SingleOps pricing page on Granum's own site, which is where these figures were read. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. GPS tracking is an add-on, no dispatch board is named, and QuickBooks Online is named without a plan, so no plan is recorded for either. The customer texting add-on this record used to carry ($75 once plus $30 a month) is no longer on the page, so it was dropped: SMS customer messaging is still listed, with no price beside it. This does not schedule, quote or invoice. Yardbook publishes no pricing page, so there is no figure here to read. Its navigation is Home, Features, Support, Log In and Sign Up, /pricing returns the site's own 404, and the only statement about money is a panel on the home page saying the product is funded by sponsored ads and that optional premium features exist for larger companies. No price is printed beside those, which is why the column says not published rather than zero: what the premium features cost is a question for the vendor. Read again 2026-10-06 in a browser (plain fetches get a Cloudflare challenge): the Terms on the home page name the free tier the Basic Plan and the paid ones the Business Plan and Enterprise Plan, and the Credit Card Payments article on Yardbook's support site says the 1% online payment fee is waived on those two. Launch27 sells the online booking form and the schedule around it rather than a full field service suite, so there is no route optimisation and no job costing. Users are unlimited on every plan, which means the price moves with features and never with the crew: the unbranded form, text reminders and QuickBooks sit on Pro, and the cleaner and office apps, automatic card charging and multiple locations sit on Plus. Paying for the year takes fifteen percent off, and the yearly total is the figure the page prints rather than a monthly equivalent. The fourteen day trial is named in the pricing page's own title and description and not on the plan cards. Plan prices and yearly totals re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 and unchanged. Launch27's payment processing page publishes no card or bank rate, and the pricing page states no setup fee. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. The page names no GPS tracking or dispatch board on any plan card, only bookings on a map, so no plan is recorded for it. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

Providers and stored data set the price rather than the feature list, and a team member counts as a provider, so a cleaning company with fifteen people is on Growing whatever it does with the software. Above fifty providers the page hands over a calculator, and its Premium bands run from $237 to $597 a month. Marketing contacts push a plan up too, which is why every figure on the page reads as a starting price. The trial headline animates between fourteen and thirty days while the questions underneath say fourteen, and the card is charged as soon as it ends. The pricing FAQ says there is no setup fee for general help, a demo or connecting something, and that a full store setup is referred to a third party rather than priced by BookingKoala. No card rate or annual discount percentage is published. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

Maidily prices the work rather than the payroll: part timers, contractors and office staff are all free, and what you buy is jobs a month. Going over is sold in packs of fifty at $3, $8 and $14 a month on the three paid plans, so the plan a busy month lands on is not the plan the headline sold. Recurring cleanings count as a separate job each time they come round. The yearly prices, $290, $490 and $990, appear only once the billing toggle on the page is switched, and two way messaging needs the $10 a month dedicated number on top. Monthly plan prices, job allowances and job pack prices re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 and unchanged; the annual toggle says save 17%. No setup fee or card rate is published. Re-read by plain fetch on 2026-10-05 with every figure unchanged: the free plan is named Free on the page, and FREE FOREVER is the badge above it, in the slot MOST POPULAR takes on Grow. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page and the Maidily home page, which names its quoting tool without saying which plan has it on 2026-10-19.

MaidCentral sells one platform and prices it with a calculator: $250 a month for every physical location, then the first hundred completed jobs at $2.00 each, jobs 101 to 500 at $1.50, 501 to 1,000 at $1.25 and everything above at $1.00. One location and a hundred jobs is the $450 a month floor the page advertises. Starter, Growth and Scale are the bands that calculator moves through as the job count climbs rather than plans anybody chooses between, which is why only the first one carries a figure here. The arithmetic lives in the page's own script rather than in print, so this record was entered by hand from it, and MaidCentral says the result is an estimate until sign up. A completed job is one with a time sheet to be paid out in the payroll cycle, so recurring cleans count each visit. The calculator opens at $450 a month for one location, beside a line saying no hidden fees, unlimited users and no long-term contracts. The FAQ says there is a one-time onboarding fee but prints no figure for it, and no card rate is published. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. The page lists automated credit card processing without saying which plan carries it. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

Swept is built for commercial contracts rather than houses, and it prices the buildings: every plan starts at fifteen locations and then moves in bands, 1 to 15, 16 to 25, 26 to 30, 31 to 50 and 60 and up, so the figures above are the entry band and nothing changes until you cross into the next one. What the plans buy is the cleaner's side of the job, clock ins with GPS, cleaning instructions and checklists translated into over a hundred languages, and a mobile app in Spanish. The company is Canadian, so confirm which dollars these are before setting them beside anything else on this table. Monthly entry band prices re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 and unchanged; the page now prints annual figures for that band as well, which this record did not carry before. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. GPS here is the geofenced clock in on Optimize and Scale, with no live tracking or dispatch board named. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

Janitorial Manager quotes every account instead of selling a plan, and the one figure on the page is the $1,000 a month floor a single facility starts at. What moves the quote is four things the page names: buildings and locations, cleanable square footage, how many people log in, and which workflows you switch on. Training, onboarding, support and upgrades sit inside the subscription rather than arriving as a separate line, and the two larger tiers print the word Custom where a price would go. This is building service contractor software, so the reference points are square feet and inspections rather than jobs and invoices. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page and Janitorial Manager's features page on 2026-10-19.

AccuLynx publishes no price. Its /pricing/ address forwards to a request form headed Get AccuLynx Pricing, with no plan and no figure on it, so what it costs is a conversation with its sales team. Every plan is a twelve month contract, so there is no month to month option: $149, $343 and $573 are the monthly payment on that contract, and paying for the year up front brings them to $129, $299 and $499 a month. Office and mobile user licences are priced on request, so the plan price is not the whole bill, and the page asks for 60 days notice to cancel. Plan prices re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 on both the annual and monthly toggles and unchanged. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. Aspire publishes no price. Its plans page says the fee depends on company size and complexity, is billed monthly under a contract and covers every user, and that payments, payroll and GPS fleet tracking are quoted on top. Crew Control is Aspire's smaller product and carries its own prices. Extra users are $34 a month each on monthly billing and $29 on annual, so a five person crew on Crew is $217 a month billed monthly. The page computes its prices in the browser. The page as served prints $129 for Crew on annual billing where the rendered page shows $119, and $119 is what a visitor sees. Re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 with a crew of one, USD: Scale is now $299 a month billed monthly and $249 billed annually (it was $249 and $199), while Core ($79 and $63) and Crew ($149 and $119) are unchanged. The toggle advertises Save 20% for annual billing. Payment processing is listed for US companies, with no rate on the page. Both plans are printed as From $31 and From $44 a month, and the US page never says how many users those cover, so they are starting figures rather than a price for a crew. Fergus says it offers no yearly plans. Contractor users are $2.50 a day, SMS reminders $15 per 100 texts, and certificates $30 for 1 to 9 staff or $80 for 10 or more. Read from the US page, which points UK visitors to separate pricing. The FAQ says there are no setup fees, and the compare table prices setup and training from $0. The SMS pack, the daily contractor seat and the certificates are not recorded as fees because the fee list has no unit for a pack of 100 texts, a seat by the day or a charge whose period the page does not give. Roofr's pricing FAQ says there are no setup or onboarding fees, and puts the annual saving at about 15%, so no discount percentage is recorded: the page says "up to" and "about" rather than a flat figure (read in Chrome on 2026-09-29). Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. Re-read on 2026-10-12 by a plain fetch: unchanged. Starter carries ten trial proposals, invoices and work orders; card and ACH payments start on Essentials and QuickBooks on Scale. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

Subscribers pay less per report: a half roof is $10 instead of $13, and a full roof $11 to $37 instead of $35 to $55. The monthly subscription is printed as Starting at, so $105 a user is the least it costs. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. Re-read on 2026-10-12: unchanged. Collecting deposits and payments in the app is listed on the subscription card; the comparison does not show whether pay as you go has it. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

Routific is a routing tool for delivery businesses, and it names none of the trades on this site; it is here because the junk removal guide lists it. It counts an order each time a stop is scheduled to a route. Past 1,000 a month each order is charged at a falling rate, from 15c down to 3c above 20,000, and above 50,000 the page says to talk to them. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. Re-read on 2026-10-12: unchanged, and the page says every plan has every feature, the free one bar SMS. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

Every plan needs an annual commitment whether it is paid monthly or yearly, so there is no month to month option. The page still carries a New Year offer of $300 off Premier for January 2024, long expired, and nothing here reflects it. The pricing page says there are no set-up fees and that every subscription level requires an annual commitment. No card rate is published. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

ServiceTrade publishes no price. Its page says the price is driven mainly by how many technicians you support and which of three suites you pick, and every suite includes unlimited office users. A plain request was refused with a 403, so this was read in a browser. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

SumoQuote's own pricing link forwards to the JobNimbus pricing page, which refused a plain request and a browser alike on 2026-09-16 and again on 2026-10-12 with a CloudFront 403 citing the reader's country. Whether JobNimbus prices SumoQuote on its own is not known, so no figure is shown. On 2026-10-19 the pricing link still forwarded to the JobNimbus pricing page and its CloudFront 403, so whether it does estimates or a CRM could not be read either.

Monthly billing carries a one-time $1,000 activation fee that yearly billing waives, so a first year on Standard is $5,788 paid monthly against $4,308 paid for the year. PRO adds GPS stamped timesheets and Zapier automations. Plan prices re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 on both toggles and unchanged. No card or bank rate for SynkedUP Payments is published on the pricing page. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. One plan at $44.95 a month or $449.50 a year, two months free, with no contract and no setup fee. The page says it will move to three tiers soon. The price is drawn as an image, so it was read in a browser. Vonigo has no pricing page. Its small business product page, linked here, answers What is the pricing? by saying it varies with features and number of users and to contact them for a quote. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

These prices change. Check the current number with the vendor before you buy. We have not run these products on live jobs, and nothing here is written as though we had.
