What a crew of 5 pays

Price your own crew on Leap

The cheapest plan the vendor publishes that covers that many people.

$694 a month

Team, 1 user, then $99 a month each, including 4 extra seats at $396. That is $8,328 a year, paid monthly. Card and bank processing is not in it, because Leap is the one who says what that costs.

Card and bank rates

What the pricing page publishes for taking money, which for most of this kind of software is nothing.

What the price does not tell you

Every Leap plan is a one year contract paid monthly, so there is no month to month option and no annual price. Team and Premium are printed as Starting at, so $298 and $750 are the least those plans cost. Premium is the SalesPro estimating product rather than a bigger CRM plan.

What else to look at

Closest by the trades each one names, with the platforms that publish a price first.

  • HOVER

Exterior measurements from phone photos, paid by the project, with yearly plans that cut the project rate.

    Starts at $0 a month

    Leap compared with HOVER

  • CompanyCam

Job photo documentation, usually run alongside a scheduling tool rather than instead of one.

    Starts at $79 a month

  • Contractor Foreman

Project management for construction-leaning trades, priced by how many people need a seat.

    Starts at $49 a month

  • Joist

Quotes and invoices for one person on a phone. No scheduling board, and priced accordingly.

    Starts at $10 a month

Where the numbers came from

Every price on this page was read from the Leap pricing page on September 16, 2026, and nothing on it comes from a directory, a review site or an affiliate listing. These prices change, so check the current number with the vendor before you buy. We have not run this product on live jobs and nothing here is written as though we had.

Read the Leap pricing page, or open the true cost calculator with Leap already in it and put in your own crew size and what you take on cards. To go the other way and start from your trade, use the picker, which will say whether Leap makes the list for your answers.
