What the prices do not tell you
- Launch27
- Launch27 sells the online booking form and the schedule around it rather than a full field service suite, so there is no route optimisation and no job costing. Users are unlimited on every plan, which means the price moves with features and never with the crew: the unbranded form, text reminders and QuickBooks sit on Pro, and the cleaner and office apps, automatic card charging and multiple locations sit on Plus. Paying for the year takes fifteen percent off, and the yearly total is the figure the page prints rather than a monthly equivalent. The fourteen day trial is named in the pricing page's own title and description and not on the plan cards.
- Swept
- Swept is built for commercial contracts rather than houses, and it prices the buildings: every plan starts at fifteen locations and then moves in bands, 1 to 15, 16 to 25, 26 to 30, 31 to 50 and 60 and up, so the figures above are the entry band and nothing changes until you cross into the next one. What the plans buy is the cleaner's side of the job, clock ins with GPS, cleaning instructions and checklists translated into over a hundred languages, and a mobile app in Spanish. The company is Canadian, so confirm which dollars these are before setting them beside anything else on this table.
Where these figures came from
Every figure above was read from Launch27 and Swept on their own pricing pages on September 7, 2026. Nothing here ranks the two, because the ranking would be ours and you could not check it. Prices in this category move, so check the current number with both before you buy.
