The annual toggle says save 20%, and for the entry band of fifteen locations prints $24, $120 and $180 a month against $30, $150 and $225 monthly (read in Chrome on 2026-09-29). Other location bands are priced only once a band is chosen.

Swept is built for commercial contracts rather than houses, and it prices the buildings: every plan starts at fifteen locations and then moves in bands, 1 to 15, 16 to 25, 26 to 30, 31 to 50 and 60 and up, so the figures above are the entry band and nothing changes until you cross into the next one. What the plans buy is the cleaner's side of the job, clock ins with GPS, cleaning instructions and checklists translated into over a hundred languages, and a mobile app in Spanish. The company is Canadian, so confirm which dollars these are before setting them beside anything else on this table. Monthly entry band prices re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 and unchanged; the page now prints annual figures for that band as well, which this record did not carry before. GPS here is the geofenced clock in on Optimize and Scale, with no live tracking or dispatch board named.
