What the prices do not tell you

Markate
The base plan is deliberately thin. Online booking, the customer portal, proposals, Zapier and a texting number are $10 a month each, so price the add-ons you actually need before comparing. Every employee past the owner is $5 a month on top. Plan prices re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 on both toggles and unchanged. The page's HTML also carries a feature list with the $10 add-ons and per use marketing charges (an SMS blast at a $10 setup fee plus 5 cents a segment, ringless voicemail at $10 plus 20 cents each, drip texts at 10 cents), but that section did not render in Chrome that day, so those charges are not recorded as fees. No card rate is published: payments run through Square.
Arborgold
Every plan is a twelve month contract, so there is no month to month option: $149, $343 and $573 are the monthly payment on that contract, and paying for the year up front brings them to $129, $299 and $499 a month. Office and mobile user licences are priced on request, so the plan price is not the whole bill, and the page asks for 60 days notice to cancel. Plan prices re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 on both the annual and monthly toggles and unchanged.
