What the prices do not tell you

Contractor Foreman
Re-read on 2026-10-12, the pricing page now sells month to month too: Standard $139, Plus $199, Pro $279 and Unlimited $399, with Basic offered on annual billing only. The quarterly option is gone. It also carries a 100 day money back guarantee alongside the 30 day trial. Annual plan prices and yearly totals re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 and unchanged; the page now lives at /plans/. The page advertises 20% off for paying the year. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. The comparison table ticks Scheduling and Service Tickets, where dispatching lives, from Plus, Online Payments from Standard and QuickBooks Online from Plus. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.
Joist
This is a quoting and invoicing app, not a field service platform: there is no dispatch board and no crew scheduling. For a solo contractor who only needs to look professional on paper it is a tenth of the price of everything else here. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. The comparison table ticks QuickBooks sync on Pro, Elite and Run and leaves it blank on Basics. The $12 on the Basics card is a struck-through price the page shows only in its annual view; Basics is $10 billed monthly. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.
