The entry price is the highest on this table and the seat count is the lowest thing to worry about. Past roughly six people it stops looking expensive, and below three it never will. There is no free trial, only a demo. Service Fusion was testing its pricing page in September 2026, and some visitors saw lower prices (Starter $225, Plus $350 and Pro $575 a month) or no prices at all. The figures here are the page's standard view. On 2026-09-29 the pricing page in Chrome rendered its plan cards with no prices, while the same page's text still carried the $208, $325 and $533 annual and $245, $382 and $627 monthly figures, so the read date was not moved.
