Starter, unlimited users. Reports at $19 each and 10 trial proposals, invoices and work orders. That is $0 a year, paid monthly. Card and bank processing is not in it, because Roofr is the one who says what that costs.

  • Cards also cost $0.30 a transaction, and this page does not ask how many transactions you take.
  • Credit card fees are 2.8% + 30c a transaction for Mastercard, Visa and Discover, and bank debit and ACH transfers are 0.5% with a cap of $40 a transaction. Roofr's FAQ page puts American Express at 3.25% + 30 cents. The pricing page's compare table lists Roofr Payments on Essentials and Scale only, for US businesses. What the price does not tell you

Every plan has unlimited users, so crew size never moves the price. Measure+ upgrades Starter's measurements rather than its CRM, and costs more for 2 hour delivery than for 6. Roofr's pricing FAQ says there are no setup or onboarding fees, and puts the annual saving at about 15%. Starter carries ten trial proposals, invoices and work orders; card and ACH payments start on Essentials and QuickBooks on Scale. The free Starter plan is $0 a month with unlimited users, a basic job board and 10 trial proposals, invoices and work orders, and is paid for by the report. There is no plan called CRM: CRM is how Roofr describes the product, and Scale's card calls itself the complete CRM.
