What the prices do not tell you

ServiceM8
The only one here that does not charge per seat, which is why a big crew doing few jobs lands cheap and a small crew doing many jobs does not. iPhone and iPad only in the field. Plan prices, job allowances and Premium Plus's 20c a job overage re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 and unchanged. Setup and training is sold by independent ServiceM8 Partners rather than priced by ServiceM8, and no card rate is published on the US pricing page.
RazorSync
The third user takes you from $90 to $225 a month on monthly billing, which is the sharpest step on this table. The Pro tier does not publish how many users it covers. In Chrome on 2026-09-29 the annual view still read $85, $195 and $439 a month, and the plan headers say up to 15 users on Pro and unlimited on Enterprise, which this record now carries. RazorSync's credit card processing page promises its lowest processing rates and 50% off the first three months when bundled, but prints no rate, and no setup fee is stated.
