What the prices do not tell you

ServiceM8
The only one here that does not charge per seat, which is why a big crew doing few jobs lands cheap and a small crew doing many jobs does not. iPhone and iPad only in the field. Plan prices, job allowances and Premium Plus's 20c a job overage re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 and unchanged. Setup and training is sold by independent ServiceM8 Partners rather than priced by ServiceM8, and no card rate is published on the US pricing page.
Service Autopilot
The page prints one figure a plan and says all of it is based on annual subscription rates, so there is no month to month number here. Every tier is on top of a sign up fee that is not published, and the licences are counted in two kinds: a business user is the office seat and a mobile user is the one in the van.
