What the prices do not tell you

ServiceM8
The only one here that does not charge per seat, which is why a big crew doing few jobs lands cheap and a small crew doing many jobs does not. iPhone and iPad only in the field. Plan prices, job allowances and Premium Plus's 20c a job overage re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 and unchanged. Setup and training is sold by independent ServiceM8 Partners rather than priced by ServiceM8, and no card rate is published on the US pricing page.
Kickserv
The pricing page opens on annual billing, so the $60, $119 and $199 it shows first are annual rates. Billed monthly, the same plans are $75, $149 and $249. Processing $1,000 or more a month through Kickserv takes 5% off the plan. Each plan card says "Save 20% with annual subscription" (read by a plain fetch of the public page on 2026-09-29, because the shared browser is not allowed to open kickserv.com). The Kickback 5% off for processing a monthly minimum through Kickserv is a payments rebate rather than a term discount, so it stays here and not in the discount list. No card rate is published.
