What the prices do not tell you

Housecall Pro
Extra seats are the real cost driver: a five-person crew on Essentials is a different number from the headline. Card processing is charged separately. The Sales proposal tool is included in Max, listed as a $40/mo value; other plans can add it through a Success Advisor at a price the vendor does not publish. The 'How many users? Teams / Individual' toggle on the page is unfinished and shows $XX.
ServiceM8
The only one here that does not charge per seat, which is why a big crew doing few jobs lands cheap and a small crew doing many jobs does not. iPhone and iPad only in the field. Plan prices, job allowances and Premium Plus's 20c a job overage re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 and unchanged. Setup and training is sold by independent ServiceM8 Partners rather than priced by ServiceM8, and no card rate is published on the US pricing page.
