What the prices leave out

Two of the three cheapest cost nothing, and both have a catch that decides whether free is the real price. Connecteam is free for up to ten users, but that is its Operations hub only. It sells three hubs and prices them separately, and it does not quote or invoice, so it runs alongside your booking and billing software rather than instead of it.

Maidily prices the work, not the people. The free plan is ten jobs a month and every recurring clean counts as a new job each time it comes round, so a client cleaned weekly is four or five jobs a month and ten jobs is about two weekly clients. ZenMaid Starter is $19 for up to 40 appointments a month, text message charges are not in that price, and its QuickBooks integration is listed as coming soon rather than shipped.

How this list was made

A platform is on this page when its own site names cleaning, its pricing page names GPS tracking or dispatch, and it publishes a price. They are ordered by what a crew of 5 pays on the cheapest published plan that covers five people, and by nothing else: no score, no star rating and no say for the companies that pay us a commission. The answer by crew size is the same rule the picker runs, so the two will not disagree. We have not run any of these on live jobs, and nothing here is written as though we had. Prices change, so check the current figure with the vendor before you buy.
