What the price does not tell you
MaidCentral sells one platform and prices it with a calculator: $250 a month for every physical location, then the first hundred completed jobs at $2.00 each, jobs 101 to 500 at $1.50, 501 to 1,000 at $1.25 and everything above at $1.00. One location and a hundred jobs is the $450 a month floor the page advertises. Starter, Growth and Scale are the bands that calculator moves through as the job count climbs rather than plans anybody chooses between, which is why only the first one carries a figure here. The arithmetic lives in the page's own script rather than in print, so this record was entered by hand from it, and MaidCentral says the result is an estimate until sign up. A completed job is one with a time sheet to be paid out in the payroll cycle, so recurring cleans count each visit. The calculator opens at $450 a month for one location, beside a line saying no hidden fees, unlimited users and no long-term contracts. The FAQ says there is a one-time onboarding fee but prints no figure for it, and no card rate is published. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. The page lists automated credit card processing without saying which plan carries it.
