What a crew of 5 pays

Price your own crew on Maidily

The cheapest plan the vendor publishes that covers that many people.

Free

Free Forever, 10 jobs a month, unlimited users, online booking and the mobile app. That is $0 a year, paid monthly. Card and bank processing is not in it, because Maidily is the one who says what that costs.

  • Free Forever covers 10 jobs a month. Past that is a bigger plan or a second subscription, and neither is in the figure above.

What the price does not tell you

Maidily prices the work rather than the payroll: part timers, contractors and office staff are all free, and what you buy is jobs a month. Going over is sold in packs of fifty at $3, $8 and $14 a month on the three paid plans, so the plan a busy month lands on is not the plan the headline sold. Recurring cleanings count as a separate job each time they come round. The yearly prices, $290, $490 and $990, appear only once the billing toggle on the page is switched, and two way messaging needs the $10 a month dedicated number on top.

What else to look at

Closest by the trades each one names, with the platforms that publish a price first.

  • Janitorial Manager

Quoted by the building rather than the seat, and the quote starts at $1,000 a month.

    Starts at $1,000 a month

  • Launch27

The booking form first, for a maid service that sells online. Users are unlimited on every plan.

    Starts at $75 a month

  • MaidCentral

Residential cleaning at scale, billed by the completed job. The floor is $450 a month.

    Starts at $450 a month

  • Swept

Janitorial rather than residential, and priced by the buildings you clean instead of the cleaners.

    Starts at $30 a month

Where these figures came from

Every price on this page was read from the Maidily pricing page on September 7, 2026, and nothing on it comes from a directory, a review site or an affiliate listing. Prices in this category move, so check the current number with the vendor before you buy. We have not run this product on live jobs and nothing here is written as though we had.

Read the Maidily pricing page, or open the true cost calculator with Maidily already in it and put your own crew size and card volume in. To go the other way and start from your trade, use the picker, which will say whether Maidily makes the list for your answers.
