What a crew of 5 pays
Price your own crew on SortScape$49 a month
Basic. That is $588 a year, paid monthly. Card and bank processing is not in it, because SortScape is the one who says what that costs.
- SortScape prices each team size outright rather than by the seat. Its table prints sizes of 1, 2, 5, 10 and then every five users up to 50, so a crew between two sizes is shown here at the larger one; the page's own slider rounds such a crew to the nearest printed size. Nothing above 50 users is published.

What the price does not tell you
SortScape shows prices in the reader's local currency, chosen by location: a reader in the United Kingdom sees pounds and one in Australia sees Australian dollars excluding GST. The figures here are for the United States and other countries, in USD. They are SortScape's published USD prices, not a conversion. sortscape.com redirects to sortscape.com.au. The SMS credits included grow with team size, from 10 a month for one user on Basic to 500 for fifty. An AI Receptionist add-on is offered only to readers in Australia and New Zealand, priced in their currencies. The pricing page's FAQ offers a free trial without a length; the homepage, under its sign-up box, says 14-day free trial, and neither page says whether a card is needed. Quoting, online payments and basic route optimization are on Basic, QuickBooks is on Premium, and automatic quote and invoice follow-up start there, while Basic keeps the property history and email and text messages.

Where the numbers came from
Every price on this page was read from the SortScape pricing page on October 27, 2026, and nothing on it comes from a directory, a review site or an affiliate listing. These prices change, so check the current number with the vendor before you buy. We have not run this product on live jobs and nothing here is written as though we had.
Read the SortScape pricing page, or open the true cost calculator with SortScape already in it and put in your own crew size and what you take on cards. To go the other way and start from your trade, use the picker, which will say whether SortScape makes the list for your answers.
