What the prices leave out

Two of the three cheapest price the crew or the route rather than the people in it. Crew Control is $39 for one crew and GorillaDesk is $49 for one route, so a company running two mowing crews on separate routes pays each of those twice, and a third crew three times. Headcount inside a crew does not move either price.

LawnPro counts employee logins instead: three on Startup at $39, seven on Grow at $129 and fifteen on Plus. Five people who each need to log in are on Grow. Its free Solo plan is one user and stops at 25 customers. Arborgold, the most expensive here, includes route optimization on Starter, but it is a twelve month contract and its user licences are quoted on request.

Also named, with no published price

These name lawn care and route planning too, and print no figure, so there is nothing to put in the list above.

How this list was made

A platform is on this page when its own site names lawn care, its pricing page names route planning, and it publishes a price. They are ordered by what a crew of 5 pays on the cheapest published plan that covers five people, and by nothing else: no score, no star rating and no say for the companies that pay us a commission. The answer by crew size is the same rule the picker runs, so the two will not disagree. We have not run any of these on live jobs, and nothing here is written as though we had. Prices change, so check the current figure with the vendor before you buy.
