What a crew of 5 pays
Price your own crew$235 a month
Lite, per user a month, including 4 extra seats at $188. That is $2,820 a year, paid monthly. Card and bank processing is not in it, because Tradify is the one who says what that costs.

What the price does not tell you
Every seat costs the same, so five people on Pro is $255 a month and there is no included-users cliff to fall off. That is dearer than the bundled plans at five and cheaper than most of them at two.

What else to look at
Contractor ForemanProject management for construction-leaning trades, priced by how many people need a seat.
KickservSeats come in blocks, so a five or ten person crew pays one price rather than per head.
JoistQuotes and invoices for one person on a phone. No scheduling board, and priced accordingly.
Housecall ProThe broad all-rounder. Scheduling, quoting, invoicing and payments in one place.
Where these figures came from
Every price on this page was read from the Tradify pricing page on September 6, 2026, and nothing on it comes from a directory, a review site or an affiliate listing. Prices in this category move, so check the current number with the vendor before you buy. We have not run this product on live jobs and nothing here is written as though we had.
Read the Tradify pricing page, or open the true cost calculator and put your own crew size and card volume in. To go the other way and start from your trade, use the picker.
