What the prices do not tell you

GorillaDesk
A route is one schedule, so two techs riding separately is two routes and two subscriptions. Two riding together is one. Annual billing is offered as a yearly total: $539, $1,089 and $1,639. The pricing page says there are no setup fees or contracts and that data migration is free, and names no discount percentage for yearly billing. Text credits come in packs ($50 for 1,000, $100 for 2,500, $200 for 8,000), which the fee list has no unit for. No card rate is published: payments run through Stripe or Square. Plan prices re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 on both toggles and unchanged. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. The pricing FAQ puts scheduling and dispatching on Basic; GPS device tracking starts on Pro. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.
Skimmer
Technicians are unlimited and serviced locations are what you pay for, so the cost tracks the route rather than the payroll. Service texts are 2.9c a message on the entry plan and included above it. Plan prices re-read in Chrome on 2026-09-29 and unchanged; Scaling Up is advertised with its first month free for new customers.
