What the prices leave out
Pressure washing is mostly one and two person outfits, and the cheapest platforms here are priced for that. Markate is $49.95 for the owner and $5 for each employee after, and takes payments through Square without printing a rate. QuoteIQ takes online payments from Essentials, $29.99 for one user, with $25 a month for each extra user, so five people come to $129.99. Its payments run through Stripe and no card rate is printed either.
Jobber is dearer and says more. Its Core plan, $49 for one user, sends invoices and takes online payments, and its card rate is printed: 2.9% plus 30c on every plan, and 1% for a bank payment. Five people are on Connect at $199. Service Fusion prints its card rate as a floor, as low as 2.9% plus $0.30, and covers unlimited users from $245. GorillaDesk prices by the route and is listed without a rank.
How this list was made
A platform is on this page when its own site names pressure washing, its pricing page names card payments, and it publishes a price. They are ordered by what a crew of 5 pays on the cheapest published plan that covers five people, and by nothing else: no score, no star rating and no say for the companies that pay us a commission. Each is priced on the cheapest plan its pricing page says includes card payments. A plan priced by routes, jobs or active customers is not ranked against them, because the size of the crew does not decide what it costs, and nor is a platform whose pricing page does not say which plan includes card payments, so those come last with the reason beside them. The answer by crew size is the same rule the picker runs, so the two will not disagree. We have not run any of these on live jobs, and nothing here is written as though we had. Prices change, so check the current figure with the vendor before you buy.
