What a crew of 5 pays

Price your own crew on QuoteIQ

The cheapest plan the vendor publishes that covers that many people.

$299 a month

Elite, 10 users and 5,000 IQ Credits a month, $2,990 for the year. That is $3,588 a year, paid monthly. Card and bank processing is not in it, because QuoteIQ is the one who says what that costs.

Card and bank rates

What the pricing page publishes for taking money, which for most of this kind of software is nothing.

What the price does not tell you

Each plan fixes the number of users, so a third person means moving from Beginner to Pro, $75 a month more. Yearly billing is paid up front and works out at two months free. AI features draw on the monthly IQ Credits, and processing fees and extra usage are billed on top.

The trades this platform names on its own site, and the size of crew we have it down as fitting.

Trades named
Pressure washing, Window cleaning, Lawn care, Landscaping, Cleaning, Painting, Handyman, Roofing
Crew size
crews of 1 and up
Integrations
QuickBooks, Stripe

What else to look at

Closest by the trades each one names, with the platforms that publish a price first.

  • Service Fusion

Unlimited users on every plan, so the price does not move when the crew grows.

    Starts at $245 a month

    QuoteIQ compared with Service Fusion

  • NiceJob

Reviews and reputation only. It sits next to a scheduling tool rather than replacing one.

    Starts at $75 a month

    QuoteIQ compared with NiceJob

  • Markate

The cheapest way for an owner-operator to get off paper, with pay-per-feature add-ons.

    Starts at $49.95 a month

  • Jobber

Quoting and scheduling for crews that live in the calendar. Strong client messaging.

    Starts at $49 a month

Where the numbers came from

Every price on this page was read from the QuoteIQ pricing page on September 16, 2026, and nothing on it comes from a directory, a review site or an affiliate listing. These prices change, so check the current number with the vendor before you buy. We have not run this product on live jobs and nothing here is written as though we had.

Read the QuoteIQ pricing page, or open the true cost calculator with QuoteIQ already in it and put in your own crew size and what you take on cards. To go the other way and start from your trade, use the picker, which will say whether QuoteIQ makes the list for your answers.
