Annual billing is the default view. Housecall advertises the saving as $20/mo on Basic, $40/mo on Essentials and $30/mo on Max. There is no commitment column beyond Annual and Monthly.

The cheapest plan the vendor publishes that covers that many people.

$189 a month

Essentials, 5 users. That is $2,268 a year, paid monthly. Card and bank processing is not in it, because Housecall Pro is the one who says what that costs.

  • Card processing is advertised as low as 2.59% and bank payments carry a 1% fee. No per transaction amount is published, and the rate a business actually gets is not on the page.

What the price does not tell you

Extra seats are the real cost driver: a five-person crew on Essentials is a different number from the headline. Card processing is charged separately. The Sales proposal tool is included in Max, listed as a $40/mo value; other plans can add it through a Success Advisor at a price the vendor does not publish. The 'How many users? Teams / Individual' toggle on the page is unfinished and shows $XX. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. Scheduling and dispatch are on Basic and employee GPS tracking starts on Essentials. The Max card says $35 a month for each user past eight, in the served page and in the browser alike, and the $75 this record used to carry is printed nowhere on the page any more. The Essentials card says 5 users included and prints no price for a sixth, so the $100 this record used to carry for one was dropped. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

Where the numbers came from

Every price on this page was read from the Housecall Pro pricing page on October 19, 2026, and nothing on it comes from a directory, a review site or an affiliate listing. These prices change, so check the current number with the vendor before you buy. We have not run this product on live jobs and nothing here is written as though we had.
