The cheapest plan the vendor publishes that covers that many people.

$499 a month

Pro Plus, 5 mobile and 1 business user licences, plus a sign up fee, billed annually. That is $5,988 a year, paid a year up front. Card and bank processing is not in it, because Service Autopilot is the one who says what that costs.

  • The six seats are 1 business user in the office and 5 mobile users in the van, which the page counts separately.

What the price does not tell you

The page prints one figure a plan and says all of it is based on annual subscription rates, so there is no month to month number here. Every tier is on top of a sign up fee that is not published, and the licences are counted in two kinds: a business user is the office seat and a mobile user is the one in the van. Which plan first includes each feature in feature_plans was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-12. Dispatching is on Startup, route optimization starts on Pro and QuickBooks is first listed on Elite; FleetSharp GPS is priced on request on every plan. Whether it does estimates and a CRM, and on which plan, was read from the pricing page on 2026-10-19.

Where the numbers came from

Every price on this page was read from the Service Autopilot pricing page on October 19, 2026, and nothing on it comes from a directory, a review site or an affiliate listing. These prices change, so check the current number with the vendor before you buy. We have not run this product on live jobs and nothing here is written as though we had.

Read the Service Autopilot pricing page, or open the true cost calculator with Service Autopilot already in it and put in your own crew size and what you take on cards. To go the other way and start from your trade, use the picker, which will say whether Service Autopilot makes the list for your answers.
