What the prices leave out
The three cheapest here price three different things, so the figure only holds if your business is shaped the way the plan assumes. BookingKoala prices providers, and every team member counts as one, so Starter covers five people and a sixth moves you to Growing. GorillaDesk prices routes: a route is one schedule, so two techs riding separately are two routes and two subscriptions, and the $49 is one truck. Markate is $49.95 for the owner and $5 a month for each employee after that, with online booking and the customer portal at $10 a month each on top.
Pocomos sizes every plan by active customers instead, so a one truck operation outgrows Starter at its 21st customer. ServiceTitan and RealGreen both name pest control and dispatch, and neither prints a price, which is why they sit below the table rather than in it.

How this list was made
A platform is on this page when its own site names pest control, its pricing page names GPS tracking or dispatch, and it publishes a price. They are ordered by what a crew of 5 pays on the cheapest published plan that covers five people, and by nothing else: no score, no star rating and no say for the companies that pay us a commission. The answer by crew size is the same rule the picker runs, so the two will not disagree. We have not run any of these on live jobs, and nothing here is written as though we had. Prices change, so check the current figure with the vendor before you buy.
