What the prices leave out

Lawn care is many short stops, often by more than one crew, which is where per route pricing bites. GorillaDesk counts a route as one schedule, so two mowing crews working separate routes are two subscriptions, and its $49 is the price of one. Markate starts at $49.95 for the owner and adds $5 a month for each employee.

Arborgold is the dearest of the three and the hardest to compare. Every plan is a twelve month contract with no month to month option, office and mobile user licences are priced on request, so $149 is not the whole bill, and the page asks for 60 days notice to cancel. Yardbook and RealGreen also name lawn care and dispatch, and neither publishes a price that could go in the table.

Also named, with no published price

These name lawn care and GPS tracking or dispatch too, and print no figure, so there is nothing to put in the list above.

How this list was made

A platform is on this page when its own site names lawn care, its pricing page names GPS tracking or dispatch, and it publishes a price. They are ordered by what a crew of 5 pays on the cheapest published plan that covers five people, and by nothing else: no score, no star rating and no say for the companies that pay us a commission. The answer by crew size is the same rule the picker runs, so the two will not disagree. We have not run any of these on live jobs, and nothing here is written as though we had. Prices change, so check the current figure with the vendor before you buy.
