Not ranked for a crew: its price is set by the routes run, not by how many people you have. The cheapest plan that includes route planning is $49 a month: Basic, 1 route, unlimited admin users.
What the prices leave out
Route planning is not where the cleaning specialists compete: ZenMaid, Maidily, BookingKoala, Launch27 and MaidCentral do not name it on their pricing pages. The three with a ranked price here are general field service platforms, and each keeps routing above its entry plan. Housecall Pro's routes start on Essentials, $189 for five users. Jobber's routing and GPS tracking start on Connect, $199 for a team of up to five, and its Core plan has neither.
ResponsiBid starts with a free plan, but its route optimization, which it calls CrewCal, is ticked only on Pro at $229, not on Scaling at $179. QuoteIQ's route optimization starts on Elite, $299.99 for ten users. GorillaDesk prices routes, $49 for one, so it is listed without a rank. Housecall Pro and Jobber both print card rates, as low as 2.59% and 2.9% plus 30c, which matters if the same platform will take the payment at the door.
How this list was made
A platform is on this page when its own site names cleaning, its pricing page names route planning, and it publishes a price. They are ordered by what a crew of 5 pays on the cheapest published plan that covers five people, and by nothing else: no score, no star rating and no say for the companies that pay us a commission. Each is priced on the cheapest plan its pricing page says includes route planning. A plan priced by routes, jobs or active customers is not ranked against them, because the size of the crew does not decide what it costs, and nor is a platform whose pricing page does not say which plan includes route planning, so those come last with the reason beside them. The answer by crew size is the same rule the picker runs, so the two will not disagree. We have not run any of these on live jobs, and nothing here is written as though we had. Prices change, so check the current figure with the vendor before you buy.
